The hotel is located in Deira, very near the metro station, making it convenient for exploring Dubai and enjoying local food at reasonable prices. However, some basic services need improvement, requiring guests to request items like towels and shower gels. Despite this, access to the beautiful Manzar Beach Park can be arranged without charge, and the Al Ghurair shopping mall is within walking distance.

The hotel had a great location with access to local shopping, eateries, and malls, but the construction work nearby was a downside. The rooms looked worn, stuffy, and not up to 5-star standards. The service was a mix of unhelpful and helpful experiences, depending on the situation. The dining options varied from very poor to lavish, with limited menus. The facilities were satisfactory overall.

Despite experiencing a bad smell in the room, I found the hotel to be conveniently located with a good lobby and fantastic service. However, the strong air fresheners were overpowering. The dining experience was delightful with a variety of options available.

The hotel rooms are huge and comfy, best hotel with kitchen facilities, very large, clean, and with kind and helpful staff. However, the service experience felt uncomfortable with unnecessary requests for additional deposits. The location is fantastic, although the jacuzzi age policy was odd. The dining provided okay options, and the facilities were satisfactory.

I was surprised to find human hair on the bed cover at the end, and the hotel seemed to have lowered its standards for the furnished apartments. The old furniture was a bit disappointing despite my willingness to pay the tourism tax separately.

The apartment was spacious, clean, well-furnished, and an excellent setup for my family, although there was a very bad smell in the room. I had to book for a second night, but I didn't use the available setup for an additional night.
